Bassendean is a suburb in the northeastern part of Perth, Western Australia. It is located just 10 kilometers away from the city center and is a part of the City of Bassendean. The suburb covers an area of 10 square kilometers and has a population of around 10,000 people.
Bassendean is an older suburb with many of the buildings dating back to the early 1900s. The suburb has a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial areas, with a large proportion of the population living in standalone homes.
